Order Terms And Conditions:
Payments by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover can be made securely online from our website or phoned in to a customer service representative. Sorry, no C.O.D.s. Personal Checks must clear bank prior to delivery. All orders not placed through our online order system can be prepaid in US Dollars by wire transfer, Money Order, Postal Order, Cashier’s Check and Company Checks. We do have credit terms available for companies with verifiable references requesting net 30 day terms. No foreign checks accepted unless in US Dollars.
Shipping/Handling Policy:
We ship primarily via UPS ground for domestic orders but can also ship UPS Air, Parcel Post, FedEx, Courier, Airfreight, or any other means per the buyer's instructions. All items, whether being drop shipped from the manufacturer or shipping from our warehouse, will be insured for the total purchase value in case the item becomes lost or damaged in transit. There are no minimum quantity requirements on most items and we shall quote S&H on bulk orders if so requested. S&H and Insurance charges are for the buyer's account. We ship to all 50 states and Canada and will be expanding our export capabilities in the future. Foreign buyers pay all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assume responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that don't allow us to insure shipments within their borders. We will adjust, add or subtract any additional Shipping & Handling charges and apply to your credit card after shipping if the fee was actually more or less than stated at the time of checkout. Please contact us for shipping cost if paying by another method. Buyer is responsible for any import permits, customs duties, import restrictions, and tariffs associated with their order. United Parcel Service and FedEx are all available for your convenience. International orders will be charged shipping and handling when shipped at the actual cost unless your own courier account is used.
Delivery Times:
All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours or sooner after receipt of payment. In the event an item is out of stock or if the item is being custom made, it may take up to four weeks before the item can ship and you will be notified with an estimated ship date. Please feel free to call or e-mail to check the availability of any item prior to placing your order. All other orders ie special custom made orders may take 4 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the item.
Important Information
BY PLACING an ORDER, the BUYER REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. By placing an order, the Buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale. International orders will be charged shipping and handling when shipped at the actual cost unless your own courier account is used.
Returns Policy: Under no circumstances will any returns be allowed on custom cut or special ordered items. Your request to return goods must be received within 72 hours of your receiving them and must be shipped back at buyer's expense within 72 hours of receiving with approval from Infinity Composites, Inc. Under no circumstances will we accept returns on used merchandise that have manufacturers warrantee's. Warranty issues will be handled direct between customer and manufacturer. It is the customer’s responsibility to fill out and send in all warranty forms direct to the manufacturer and to contact the manufacturer to notify of any warranty issues. We will not accept returns on any merchandise that has been used and is not performing up to standards because of inexperience, operator misuse or personal dislike of the way the item performs. All merchandise accepted for return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. We issue the purchaser a credit note or a credit refund when we have received the goods back in ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION and without modification. The credit note entitles the purchaser to obtain other goods from us in exchange. Under no circumstances are we obliged to refund money for items damaged by customer misuse or mishandling. Items will be accepted unconditionally if there is a manufacturer defect or if the wrong item was shipped inadvertently. Items damaged during shipping are not the responsibility of Infinity Composites, Inc. but that of the shipping carrier and refunds issued will come from the insurance purchased on each item which is included in the shipping charges. Refund requests for damaged items should be taken up with the shipping company that damaged the item; we will be happy to assist in that process. Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping and the cost of shipping & handling charges on returns must be borne by the buyer. Shipping charges are only refundable if Infinity Composites, Inc. has inadvertently shipped an item that does not match the item originally ordered or if an item has a manufacturing defect. At our discretion any orders we agree to restock will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee on the original cost price depending on the circumstance.

All items sold via this website or drop shipped from our affiliates that may be subject to local, state or EPA regulations is solely the purchaser’s responsibility to know those Regulations. Please check with your local County and or State if you are not sure if it is legal in your area to use these products outside or in vented buildings. It most cases it won’t be an issue but it is YOUR responsibility to know your laws before ordering. By ordering from this website, via telephone or email the BUYER REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
When shipping outside the United States to individuals or organizations providing there is no US embargo in force. Some products may be prohibited for import into your country. Some products may be prohibited for export by the US Government, so please check before ordering. We will not issue refunds or be financially responsible in any way for customs delays, product seizures or freight costs on returns of any items being shipped out of the United States of America.

Purchaser and or user of any products purchased from or indirectly from Infinity FRP Supply and its parent corporation Infinity Composites, Inc. assumes all risks and liability in the use of these products and shall have no claim against Infinity FRP Supply or its parent corporation Infinity Composites, Inc. the owners, principals or agents whatsoever.
